Q: I lost my email with my Microsoft 365 PIN; can I still get my Vanilla® Visa® eGift Card?
A: No. Unfortunately, without your PIN we cannot provide you with a Vanilla Visa eGift Card.
Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my Vanilla Visa eGift Card.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.
Q: I purchased online, where can I find my PIN?
A: Your PIN is located in the email with your Microsoft 365 product.
Q: I entered my PIN number, and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again, and make sure all the information is entered correctly. If you're still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team and we'll help resolve the issue.
Q: I deleted my email with my Vanilla Visa eGift Card, can I still access it?
A: You can request your codes to be resent by contacting the Costco Customer Service Team, and requesting assistance.
Q: I entered my PIN and received a message stating my PIN has already been redeemed.
A: Try re-entering the PIN. If it still doesn't work, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.
Q: I am trying to use my Vanilla Visa eGift Card, but it’s not working.
A: Please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.
Q: Does my Vanilla Visa eGift Card expire?
A: Your expiration date is nine (9) years from the date of purchase. This expiration date is listed on your account for your reference. Funds do not expire. Contact Vanilla Gift Customer Care for a replacement account number upon account expiration.
Q: Can I gift my Vanilla Visa eGift Card?
A: Yes. When you access your Visa eGift Card online, you will have the option to send as a gift.
Q: How do I activate my Microsoft 5x5 Code?
A: Instructions are included in the email. You can also enter your Microsoft code at Microsoft365.com/setup
Q: Can I get cash with my Vanilla Visa eGift Card?
A: Vanilla Gift Cards cannot be used at ATMs nor can you get cash back from any of your purchases.
